Here are the medals of the Chianti Classico Marathon 2019 finishers. They are terracotta medals made entirely by hand by an artist from the Chianti area.
There are two types divided according to the race. For the 45,6 km ultratrail it is heart-shaped with the Chianti Classico Marathon logo on the right side and the Giglio di Firenze on the other side. For the 21 km round trail with the Chianti Classico Marathon logo with the black rooster inside.
The heart-shaped Ultratrail medal also links up with the technical collectible shirt distributed to all participants of the two competitive ones in the race pack which also has a series of stylized hearts on the black rooster.
